2026 APABA-DC ANNUAL AWARDS & INSTALLATION GALA

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS & BENEFITS

Jade Sponsor ($10,000) – Full table (10 tickets), inclusive of the opportunity to sponsor guests from in-house and nonprofit sectors; one additional ticket and seat at the VIP table; premier acknowledgment as a headline sponsor at the Gala; recognition on APABA-DC’s website, social media, and email blast; and a full-page advertisement (5.5” x 8.5”) in the program.

Diamond Sponsor ($7,500) – Full table (10 tickets), inclusive of the opportunity to sponsor guests from in-house and nonprofit sectors; diamond-level acknowledgment at the Gala; recognition on APABA-DC’s website, social media, and email blast; and a full-page advertisement (5.5” x 8.5”) in the program.

Platinum Sponsor ($6,000) – 8 tickets, inclusive of the opportunity to sponsor guests from in-house and nonprofit sectors; platinum-level acknowledgment as a sponsor at the Gala; recognition on APABA-DC’s website, social media, and email blast; and a full-page advertisement (5.5” x 8.5”) in the program.

Gold Sponsor ($4,000) – 5 tickets, inclusive of the opportunity to sponsor guests from in-house and nonprofit sectors; gold-level acknowledgment as a sponsor at the Gala; recognition on APABA-DC’s website, social media, and email blast; and a half-page advertisement (5.5” x 4.25”) in the program.

Silver Sponsor ($2,500) – 2 tickets; silver-level acknowledgment as a sponsor at the Gala; and recognition on APABA-DC’s website, social media, and email blast; and a quarter-page advertisement (2.75” x 4.25”) in the program.

Supporter ($1,000) – 1 ticket; supporter-level acknowledgment as a sponsor at the Gala; and recognition on APABA-DC’s website, social media, and email blast.

Logos and advertisements should be sent by email to sponsorship@apaba-dc.org. Files should be black and white, at least 300 pixels/inch, and in EPS, TIFF, GIF, JPEG, or PDF format.

NAPABA 2026 Annual Convention: APABA-DC Goes to LA! (12 Nov 2026)

Let us know if you plan to join fellow APABA-DC members at this year's NAPABA 2026 Annual Convention in Los Angeles, California! NAPABA 2026 will be held at the JW Marriott LA Live from Thursday, November 12 to Sunday, November 15.

This is the largest annual US gathering of Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander attorneys, judges, law professors, and law students. It's a "can't miss" event and presents a unique and community-welcoming and inclusive opportunity to gain impactful insights, see long-time friends and colleagues, make new and lasting friendships, and engage in non-stop networking opportunities!

IMPORTANT NOTE: YOU MUST REGISTER ON NAPABA'S WEBSITE FOR THE CONFERENCE. Registering on the APABA-DC website is only for the purpose of letting us know if you plan to attend as we hope to hold a meet-up in LA during the Convention for APABA-DC and would like to have a general sense of how many DC affiliate members will be at NAPABA 2026.
