Virtual Test Kitchen Fundraiser with Hispanic Bar Association of D.C.

APABA-DC is co-sponsoring "Virtual Test Kitchen Fundraiser" hosted by the Hispanic Bar Association of D.C. The event, which aims to raise funds for Ayuda, a local non-profit which serves immigrant communities in the D.C.metropolitan area, will take place on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 from 6:30-7:30pm on Zoom.

The event will feature Violeta Edelman, founder and owner of Dolcezza Gelato Factory. She will provide background on her personal life as well as her commercial success in DC and instruct us on how to make a perfect affogato from the Dolcezza factory. A list of necessary ingredients to make the affogato will be provided to attendees beforehand to allow them to make the affogato under her instruction.

The event will be hosted on HBA-DC's Zoom account, but attendees will register through Ayuda's website. In order to register, attendees will be required to make at least a nominal donation to Ayuda. Please register here
