For the next part of APABA-DC’s series highlighting progressive prosecutors and criminal justice reform, join us for a conversation with Parisa Dehghani-Tafti, Commonwealth’s Attorney for Arlington County and the City of Falls Church, and Larry Krasner, District Attorney of Philadelphia. We discussed their efforts to improve our criminal justice system, moderated by Alice Wang of the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia.

As the head prosecutors for their respective jurisdictions, they shared their perspectives on what it means to be a progressive prosecutor and what that looks like. Our panelists also shared their thoughts on police reform, sentencing reform, transparency, combating the rise in AAPI hate crimes, and more.

Thanks to our cosponsors SABA-DC, HBA-DC, and APABA-VA.
