Pathways to Careers in Enforcement

You are invited to join a panel of representatives from the U.S. Securities and Exchange (SEC) and its Division of Enforcement (ENF) for an in-depth discussion about the inner workings of the division and the agency as a whole.

In addition to providing awareness about potential job opportunities for attorneys and the various paths to working at the SEC, discussion topics will include:

- The role of ENF within the SEC;

- The investigation process; and

- The SEC's diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives.

The opening remarks will be given by Jaime Lizárraga, Commissioner, SEC.  The panelists are Jorge Tenreiro, Acting Chief, Crypto Asset & Cyber Unit, ENF; Pei Chung, Assistant Director, ENF; Nishchay Maskay, Senior Counsel, ENF; Kia Grant-Smith, Senior Counsel, ENF; and Sonia Torrico, Senior Counsel, ENF.
