Confidential Roundtable for In-House Counsel: Business Impact and Considerations in Light of New Presidential Actions

Program Description:
Join fellow in-house counsel for a confidential roundtable discussion focused on the implications and practical impact of the latest presidential actions and executive directives. This off-the-record conversation will provide a forum for legal leaders to exchange insights, identify potential challenges, and share strategies for navigating evolving regulatory, compliance, and business landscapes.

With new policies and directives affecting a wide range of industries — from trade and supply chain management to labor practices, DEI, data privacy, and environmental mandates — in-house counsel are on the front lines of ensuring legal compliance while balancing business priorities.

This candid dialogue will provide an opportunity for participants to:

  • Share real-time reactions and concerns about the new presidential actions.
  • Discuss strategies for adapting corporate policies, procedures, and risk frameworks.
  • Explore approaches to advising boards and executive leadership in the face of regulatory uncertainty.
  • Collaborate with peers on best practices for scenario planning and strategic alignment.

Date: 18 March, Tuesday
